    Application

    CV + a few lines on your motivation by email. Response within 10 days.

  2. Paso 2

    Screening call

    30 minutes by video. We understand your background, you understand ours.

  3. Paso 3

    Technical interviews

    2 interviews (technical + team), one short case study.

  4. Paso 4

    Offer

    Formal proposal within 7 days of the final interview.

Frequently asked questions

What contract types do you offer?+
Mainly permanent contracts (CDI). We regularly open end-of-study internships (6 months, often converted to permanent roles). Some Master 2 apprenticeship positions.
Is remote work possible?+
Yes, hybrid 2-3 days/week for most roles. Some consulting roles require client presence. Full-remote is not the norm but is discussable depending on the profile.
How long does the recruitment process take?+
Allow 3 to 4 weeks between application and offer, depending on team availability. We commit to responding to every application within 10 days.
What profiles do you look for?+
Engineers, strategy consultants, climate/energy profiles, LCA, carbon finance. We value methodological mindset, client pedagogy, and a real desire to move the needle on decarbonation.
Do I need to already be Bilan Carbone® certified?+
No. For consulting profiles, certification is funded by Releaf Carbon within 6 months of hiring. An interest in GHG Protocol methodology is, however, expected.
Do you accept spontaneous applications?+
Yes. If no open role exactly matches your profile, write to us at [email protected]. Mention your area of interest (consulting, LCA, operations) and attach your CV.
Do you work with freelancers?+
Occasionally, on specific LCA missions or methodological projects. If you are an independent consultant, contact us: we keep a short-list.
